The factory

New Century Mould & Plastic: Crossmark's own factory. Tooling, moulding, assembly and dispatch under one roof.

Shunde · Pearl River Delta

Not a supplier list.
Our own floor.

Most trading partners show you a catalogue and a promise. We'd rather show you the gate. Owning the floor means owning the answer: capacity, timing and compliance questions stop with us.

New Century Mould & Plastic in Shunde: a four-storey factory building with gated forecourt and roller-door loading bays
Row of numbered CNC machining centres in the tooling hall, served by overhead jib cranes

Tooling cut in-house

Mould tooling is machined on site: CNC centres and EDM bays under the same roof as the presses they feed. A correction is a walk across the floor, not a subcontractor's lead time.

On-site mould library: rows of numbered injection mould bases staged on pallets beside the warehouse aisle

A managed mould library

Programme tooling lives on site: numbered, maintained, staged for the next run. Repeat orders go back into production in days, and your moulds stay in our custody.

Moulding at reset scale

Numbered press lines with robotic take-off run retail volumes, planned around your reset dates: first shot, approved sample, production.

Assembly and pack-out at the line

Parts come off the press into assembly and retail packing in one flow. Fewer touches, fewer surprises, shelf-ready cartons.

Palletised, bagged finished goods staged in the on-site warehouse beside a roller-shutter loading door

Checked, palletised, FOB

Orders stage in the on-site warehouse, documented and loaded at the origin port on schedule. Our responsibility ends cleanly where your freight plan begins.

Your auditors are welcome

The factory runs to amfori BSCI and Sedex (SMETA) audit protocols, and the paperwork behind every program is on file and inspectable. Bring your audit scheme, or bring your team.
