What we collect
Only what you put in our two forms: company, name, email, country, the programs you tick, and your message. It is delivered to info@crossmarkasia.com and used solely to answer your enquiry or send the brief you requested (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
What we don't do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Hosting & form delivery
Our hosting provider processes technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). If form delivery runs through a form service (e.g. Formspree), your entries are processed by that provider solely to route the message to us.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request, then per statutory commercial retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, object to processing, and complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Write to info@crossmarkasia.com.
